Play Passes at
If you have booked your Caravan privately with an owner, you should be aware that you may not have access to all of the onsite facilities that may be open, such as entertainment venues, swimming pools and more.
Play Passes may be available and give you access to the daytime and evening entertainment and swimming pools (depending upon the availability due to the Covid 19 status), without these passes, you cannot access these areas of the park.
However, it should be noted that even with a fun pass, these facilities may need to be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
In order to calculate the cost of these passes, these details can be completed, which will then provide a total cost.
We do update our prices based on the confirmed prices from Haven, but these may be subject to change, so please note that these prices are a guide only, and we can not take responsibility for any differences.

How Do I Purchase Play Passes?
If you have booked your holiday privately with a Haven Owner, then you cannot buy Play Passes in advanced of your stay, however, you should contact the Caravan Owner that you have booked with and request a Play Pass Form. Some of the form should be pre-populated with details that the owner has completed, but will require further details from yourself.
The form must be printed in advance, so there are a number of options:
Form printed by owner and left in the caravan for your arrival
Form scanned/photo taken and emailed to you to print in advance
Form sent in the post
Whichever method is used, the form should be taken to reception on your arrival, and you can then purchase the Play Pass tickets subject to availability.
Should I Purchase Play Passes?
The choice is completely yours, Haven parks are selected for their location and are often close to beaches, lakes, nature walks, off-site amenities as well as restaurants and entertainment, as well as some facilities on site that do not need passes such as Football/Basketball courts, outdoor play areas and more (note, this may vary between sites) So you can always find something to do.
The main benefits of having a Play Pass during your stay allows access to the Entertainment Venues/Shows and the Swimming Facilities, so it really depends on what you would like from your stay. However, with the restrictions as they are at this moment, swimming sessions and access to entertainment is limited and subject to availability, so keep this in mind when purchasing.
When can I book Entertainment Venues and Restaurants?
You are able to book both Entertainment Venue and Restaurant tables up to 14 days in advance
via www.Haven.com/Food (Do NOT download the app if you have booked privately, just continue using the website)
Select the Haven Site you are visiting and then 'Letting from an Owner'
For the Registration Code, add the Car Pass reference that should be booked for you by the private owner you are renting from
Choose 'Book a Table' (Once on site, you can use the 'Collection/Delivery' option to order take-away)
Choose a venue. Both Entertainment Venues and Restaurants should be available
Select a Date, Table Size (Maximum of 6) and Time, as well as adding any other details

When can I book Swimming Sessions?
At this time, swimming sessions can not be booked in advanced and are subject to availability, so it is recommended that you try to book these as soon as you arrive at the park and have bought Play Passes. There may not be much/any availability at the time of requesting, but it is good to check back regularly or to check with the pool to see if there have been any "no-shows" to any of the sessions. It is hoped that availability will increase as the restrictions are lifted further.
What else can I book?
Nothing further can be booked in advance of your stay, so it is advised to visit reception as soon as you arrive to check for availability of other activities/facilities.
