What Can I Book in Advance?

If you have booked your stay in a Private caravan with an owner, this page will give details of what and when Activities, Restaurants and Entertainment can be booked in advance.

All Haven sites are different in one way or another, and that's what makes each one a different experience. This also means that facilities at one site may be different to others.

Due to Covid 19, there have been a number of restrictions in place that has prevented the usual level of access to the onsite facilities. These restrictions may be different for sites within the United Kingdom, with England, Wales and Scotland all having their own rules.

How to Book?

We try to keep this page as up-to-date as possible, but please check with your Haven Site for full details.

With Covid 19 restrictions lifting, some parks have started to make changes meaning that booking in advance is not always necessary and sites such as Burnham-on-Sea, Blue Dolphin and Hafan Y Mor are currently trialling different processes.

We will try to keep up-to-date on the rollout of these rule changes and will update this site when it has been confirmed.

What Entertainment is available at each Haven Site?

Book at Table at a Restaurant

You are able to book Restaurant tables up to 14 days in advance of your stay. This can be done by following these steps:

  1. via www.Haven.com/Food (using the App is not possible)

  2. Insert Surname

  3. For the 'Booking Reference or Registration Code', add the Car Pass reference number that you should receive via email once the Owner has registered your arrival date.

  4. Select a Park

  5. Select an Arrival Date

  6. Click "Find My Booking"

  7. Select "Check What's Available" under the "Food and Drink" option

  8. Select "Book a Table"

  9. Pick a Restaurant

  10. Select a Date, Number of Seats and whether it would be for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner and available Times will be presented. If there is no availability, a message will confirm this.

  11. If a time is available, proceed to booking

  12. If you need to amend a booking, follow steps 1-7 and then "Manage your Table Booking"

Some Haven sites may no longer need Restaurants to be booked in advance and this may show as 'no availability', so please check with your Site before your stay. (See Contact Numbers in Site Details Pages)

Order Takeaway for Collection or Delivery to your Caravan

Delivery and Collection is available at some restaurants and this can be done on the same day:

  1. via www.Haven.com/Food (using the App is not possible)

  2. Insert Surname

  3. For the 'Booking Reference or Registration Code', add the Car Pass reference number that you should receive via email once the Owner has registered your arrival date.

  4. Select the Park you're at

  5. Select your Arrival Date

  6. Click "Find My Booking"

  7. Select "Check What's Available" under the "Food and Drink" option

  8. Select "Collection/Delivery"

  9. Select a Restaurant option

  10. Select whether to collect your order or have it delivered to your caravan. Delivery is free, and there are a few steps to confirm your caravan location.

  11. Select from the Menu and place your order.

Entertainment Venues

Entertainment Venues normally have a number of timeslots throughout the day that are available to book, each open offering a different type of entertainment.

Like restaurants, entertainment can be booked up to 14 days in advance, and to book, the same steps can be followed

  1. via www.Haven.com/Food (using the App is not possible at this time)

  2. Select 'Letting from an Owner' from the first dropdown option

  3. Next select the Haven Site you are visiting

  4. For the Registration Code, add the Car Pass reference number that you should receive via email once the Owner has registered your arrival date.

  5. Choose 'Book a Table' (Once on site, you can use the 'Collection/Delivery' option to order take-away)

  6. Choose a venue

  7. Select a Date, Table Size (Maximum of 6) and Time, as well as adding any other details

  8. Follow the pages through to completion

 

For some Haven sites, you may no longer need to book Entertainment in advance, and allocate spaces based on a 'first come first served' basis. So please check with your Site before your stay. (See Contact Numbers)

Note: If attending an entertainment venue, then the 'Haven Serve' app should be downloaded to order and drinks and bar snacks.

Swimming and other Activities

At this time, swimming sessions can not be booked in advanced and are subject to availability, so it is recommended that you try to book these as soon as you arrive at the park and have bought Play Passes.

 

There may not be much/any availability at the time of requesting, but it is good to check back regularly or to check with the pool to see if there have been any "no-shows" to any of the sessions. It is hoped that availability will increase as the restrictions are lifted further.

Nothing further can be booked in advance of your stay, so it is advised to visit reception as soon as you arrive to check for availability of other activities/facilities.
