What can I book in advance?

If you have booked your stay in a Private caravan with an owner, this page will give details of what and when Activities, Restaurants and Entertainment can be booked in advance.

All Haven sites are different in one way or another, and that's what makes each one a different experience. This also means that facilities at one site may be different to others.

How to book?

We try to keep this page as up-to-date as possible, but please check with your Haven Site for full details.

Play Passes

It is now possible to buy Play Passes and book activities and restaurants up to 12 weeks before you arrive!

This is not yet available to all Haven sites, and only if you stay falls within Haven's standard booking dates (Monday for 4 or 7 nights, Friday for 3 or 7 nights or Saturday for 7 nights). If advance purchase is not available to you, then passes can be purchased on arrival from reception and your Caravan Owner will provide a booking form to do this.

If you can purchase advance Play Passes (ask the Caravan Owner if you're unsure) it can be done in the following few steps:

  1. Ask you Caravan Owner to register your stay at the park. This can be done from 12 weeks before your arrival, right up until the day before. The information needed will include:

    • Arrival and departure dates

    • Arrival time

    • Your name, email address and contact number

    • Other adults names and contact numbers

    • Registration Plates of any cars

  2. Once they have registered your stay, you should receive an email with full instructions. It will include a Registration Number​.

  3. Access the Play Pass booking page and input your surname and registration number.

  4. You will be presented with a cost to purchase the Play Passes, and an option to buy.

  5. If you decide to purchase the Play Passes, you can then book activities and restaurants by accessing the following page

Book a table

You are able to book Restaurant tables up to 12 weeks in advance of your stay. This can be done by accessing the experience page:

Input your Surname and Registration Number, and you are then able to view all booking options.


Although you are able to book a table in advance, if you do not want to commit to days and times, it is possible to turn-up on the day. If there is availability then you will be seated, however there is the risk (especially during school holidays) when the restaurant may be too busy and cannot accommodate you.

There may be a number of Take-Away options at the site you are staying at, these generally include a Burger King and Pappa John's.

Till service at Take-Away's are available, but there is also an option to book for collection or sometimes for delivery to your caravan (subject to availability).

Entertainment venues no longer require booking in advance, and as long as you have purchased a Play Pass, you can access the shows and entertainment.

However, the different venues do have a maximum person capacity meaning that there may be times when venues are full and staff have to turn guests away (especially during school holidays), therefore it advisable to arrive early for shows to give you the best chance of getting access and getting a seat.

Learning to Swim

If you have been able to purchase Play passes in advance of your stay, you can now book swimming sessions also.

Once the Play Passes have been bought, then you can book your swimming sessions up to 4 weeks before your arrival and book other activities up to 12 weeks before your arrival (subject to availability). The earlier you book, the more likely you are of getting the sessions that you want and there may be a limit on the number of sessions bookable per stay, this is to allow all guests a chance to use the swimming pool sessions. The pools are very popular and do get booked quickly (especially during school holidays).

If you have not been able to purchase a Play Pass in advance of your stay, then it is not possible to pre-book swimming sessions. Therefore, it is recommended that you try to book these as soon as you arrive at the park and have bought Play Passes at reception.


There may not be much/any availability at the time of requesting, but it is good to check back regularly or to check with the pool to see if there have been any "no-shows" to any of the sessions. 

Other activities such as Pic 'n' Paint, Segways, Roller Disco's, Climbing Walls, Aerial Adventure, Bug Hunts, Den Building and more, can also be booked in the same way and at the same time as swimming sessions. Again, book as early as possible (earliest 4 weeks before you stay) to avoid disappointment.
